General Terms of Use

I. Project Cancellation Policy:

You must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, it will not be considered a cancellation by us and will be added to the invoice at the end of the month.
An order will not be considered a cancellation after the product has been delivered.

II. Make An Order:

You can send us the link to your images via your own FTP server Or You can upload your files to the link we provide via our FTP server. We will notify you when your upload process is complete. Alternatively, you can send it to us via another secure method like wetransfer,dropbox etc.

III. Error Recover Policy:

Our goal is to deliver top-quality work. To make sure you are happy with the result, we have a simple process for handling any issues before we finish the project.

Here’s how it works:
Work in process: We will send you a Work in Progress version of your project for your feedback. You have 48 hours to review it and let us know about any faults or issues.

Corrections: Based on your feedback, we will correct the problems you have identified.

second Review: We will then send you a second version for your final check.likewise will send it a third time if it is necessary.

Final Approval: Once you approve this third version, no more changes can be made. This also means we can’t accept any cancellations or new requests for fixes after this point.

Final Delivery: We will deliver the finished product to you after we receive your approval of the final version.

IV. Data protection & Information security:

We implement extensive security measures to protect your information, but we are not liable for unauthorized access unless our own negligence is demonstrated. While we employ high-level security to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and are not liable for losses unless caused by our proven misconduct.

V. Communication condition:

Any notice, request, demand, or other communication required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent exclusively to the designated email addresses of each party’s authorized representative, as specified in this Agreement.

VI. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this agreement will be settled through a structured process.
Executive Negotiation: The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation between executives with the authority to settle the matter. One party may initiate this by sending written notice to the other. If the dispute is not resolved within two weeks of the written notice, it will be escalated to the chief executive officers (or their designees) of both parties for further negotiation.

Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved through executive negotiation within One month of the initial notice, it shall be exclusively and finally settled by binding arbitration administered by an agreed-upon arbitration association. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the association’s rules. The arbitrator’s decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any court with jurisdiction.

VII. Reformation:

If a court or arbitrator determines a provision is unenforceable, it will be eliminated, while the rest of the agreement remains effective. The parties will then renegotiate in good faith to replace the unenforceable provision with a valid one that closely approximates the original intent.

VIII. Comprehensive with jurisdiction:

This Agreement Will be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Bangladesh.

IX. Payment Policy:

We do not accept advance payments like some unscrupulous companies, we receive them through an invoice at the end of each month.Since we do not accept advance payment before work, we make a written agreement to maintain credibility between both parties.
Creative Touch Solutions reserves the right to change the price list mentioned at any time.We Accept worldwide Trusted online payment methods through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, TapTap and Bank Transfer.

X. Secrecy:

Both parties will respect each other and maintain confidentiality under all of the mentioned conditions.

XI. Appointment:

We will not use any third party without the customer’s consent.

XII. Rights of ownership over intellectual assets:

The warranty and the assurance:
A non-infringement warranty is a clear declaration by a service provider that the intellectual property used in its services does not and will not violate the rights of any third party. This means the client can use the services with confidence, knowing the provider has performed due diligence to ensure its work is original and legally sound.

Protection with reasonable care:
The receiving party must protect the disclosing party’s confidential information with at least the same level of care it uses to protect its own sensitive data, which must meet a reasonable standard.

The rule of non-disclosure:
The fundamental principle is that neither party may reveal the other’s “Confidential Information” to any third party without explicit prior written permission. This rule applies broadly and is the cornerstone of trust in a business relationship. It ensures that trade secrets, financial data, and strategic plans remain secure and are not misused for competitive advantage.
